Last 30 Apr 2025 our EPN Consulting CEO Stefano Mainero gave a lecture to students of the Ravensbourne University London on the importance of networking and community building to fuel business and employment paths.
Stefano explained his journey from being a university student to entering the professional world as an employee (first in Italy and then in the UK and then, after a few years, becoming an entrepreneur (first in the UK and then in Ireland).
He was invited by Christoph Naborowski, Senior Lecturer & Link Tutor of the University’s Academic Department of Business, with whom in the past it was discussed the need for students to learn the different aspects of the professional world and how the activities of networking and community building is essential to grow (both as a person and a business), to gain recognition, and to keep oneself informed on several fields.
Besides, the decision of being either an employee or an entrepreneur is hard as both roles have pros and cons which have to be properly assessed.
It was noted with pleasure students paid a lot of attention and highly interacted during Stefano’s lecture to learn more about this topic.
