This question led our business associate – an experienced transport strategist and lifelong cyclist – Giles Bailey to investigate the matter deeply whose results are included in his forthcoming book.
The project grew out of decades of work in public transport, mobility strategy and urban innovation, combined with a personal passion for cycling as both a daily reality and a vision for better cities.
The book explores how cycling and micro-mobility can reshape our communities β from Paris to the Netherlands and far beyond β with case studies, data and stories that connect mobility to justice, health, economic development and urban life as you can read below:

This book is written to inspire policymakers, industry leaders and engaged citizens who want to understand not only the practicalities of cycling, but its deeper potential to transform the way we live.
With your support, the aim is to publish, distribute and share this work widely β ensuring it reaches those who can help build more liveable, sustainable cities.
We at EPN Consulting strongly invite you to support the publication, design and launch of this invaluable tool to rethink urban mobility. You can give your support through the Ulule platform here.
